Nothing is more important to us than ensuring that children's products are safe. Since July 2007, we have employed a Multi-Check Safety System to help assure you that our products are safe. Please click here to learn more about our Multi-Check Safety System.
With a receipt we will replace any item which has a manufacturer’s defect within 90 days of the purchase date. Additionally, while our warranty is excellent, there are other limits to it. We offer NO WARRANTY in cases of damage in transit, inadequate care or neglect, abuse, abnormal use, misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, damage due to environmental or natural elements, failure to follow product instructions, immersion in water (except for products specifically identified by us in writing as intended for water use), battery leakage or improper installation, improper storage or maintenance of the products, or improper service or causes not arising out of defects in materials and workmanship.
If you are within the warranty, you will be asked to return the product back to us. After the product is received, a replacement will be sent to you.

Deluxe Diner Reclining Feeding Seat Cleaning Instructions:
Feeding Tray: This part is top rack dishwasher safe; use normal settings. Do not use high temperature setting (sani-cycle). Or, wash in warm water using a mild liquid soap. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
Seat cushions: Fabric side can be cleaned with a damp cloth or sponge using mild liquid soap. Wipe with clean water, and then wipe dry or let air dry. For complete cleaning: machine wash. Remove seat cushions (see “Seat Cushion Removal” on p. 7 of the instruction manual) Machine wash, cold water, gentle cycle. Do not use chlorine-base bleach. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not dry clean. Do not iron.
Straps and safety harness: Clean with a damp cloth or sponge using a mild liquid soap. Wipe with clean water, and then wipe dry or let air dry. For complete cleaning: Remove straps and safety harness from Seat, Seat Back and Base. Machine wash, warm water, gentle cycle. Do not use chlorine-based bleach. Hang to dry. Do not dry clean. Do not iron.
Seat and base: Wipe surface with a damp cloth or sponge using mild liquid soap. Wipe with clean water. Air dry.
It is important to thoroughly clean all parts of the pump according to the product instructions.
The tubing does not need to be cleaned. Only air passes through the tubes, and if water gets inside the tubing it will ruin the pump motor. To clean the exterior of the tubing use a clean damp cloth and wipe clean.
In addition to cleaning, mom should also gently lift the end of the flapper immediately before every pumping session. This simple step helps ensure that the flapper can move freely for optimum effectiveness.

All online returns must be sent back to our warehouse located in Dyersville, Iowa at the address below. You will receive a refund issued in the original form of payment. Gifts may be exchanged for merchandise or online credit – sorry, no refunds on gifts.
You have to do a few simple things first! Please include a copy of your invoice and write the Return Authorization (RA) number on the outside of your package. You may contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization (RA) number by calling 800-704-8697.

To receive a refund, your return must be postmarked no more than 14 days from the date UPS delivers the package to you. All returned merchandise must be unused with original ticketing and tags attached. A few things you should know about returns:
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- We do not pay for return shipping fees.
- We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit. Be sure to get a tracking number or insurance for your return in the event the package is lost or misdirected.
- Returns received without an RA # or beyond the allotted time will not be accepted and returned to you at your expense.
- We Do Not accept returns for used merchandise
